Produced by the Rainbow Glass Company of Huntington, West Virginia before the company was acquired by Viking Glass.
The Decanter on the left ($180) is of around the same time period, perhaps earlier (50’s), and may be Blenko. I’m still researching the differences. They’ve been paired for half a century, will sell separately. As a pair, I will sell for $300.
