1988 Steiff Lion Bandsman w/Box & Instrument/Hats Circus Band
From the Limited Edition Golden Age of Circus Collection.
The Lion is Steiff #0123/19 and number 3394 of 5,000. Complete with brass button/tag in ear, and chest tags.
The band member is fully articulate and has his tags tucked inside his jacket for safekeeping. The jacket opens with a hook and eye
Mr Lion is in excellent condition perhaps a little dusty. He has been on display in a glass cabinet for over 30 years.
The box is in OK condition, some of the glue binding has dried up but it is still fully functional and appropriate to the collectible.
