2008 Very collectible Phillies WS monopoly open never used packs still sealed

Rare selling on Amazon for 125 with wear and missing tokens Free shipping!!!The only problem with this whole thing is I touched the deeds package plastic and it ripped a little, but you can tell it only ripped a little and I didn’t open it. Everything else is sealed and boxes in great condition. Everything like I said it’s new it was opened and never used. All you would have to do is shrink wrap it and it would be new. Collectors edition, only a certain amount were made, and the tokens are cool, pewter baseball tokens. It shows this on the back of the box and one of my pictures.
