His arms are extended from his body showing the boils, bruises, and open wounds. His face is strained in a snarl, showing his open mouth with all his teeth. Speckled around his head are clusters of boils and on top is a blue hat with a yellow badge. The box interior shows a wooden cabin with several shadowy figures.
