This item is a CGF TC2000 Combat Helmet, likely from the early 2000s from somewhere in the US Armed Services, probably Army or Air Force based on the coloring. I bought it a few years ago from a pawn shop and it's been sitting in my closet every since. It has what I believe to be the original strap/suspension system. It has no pads. It has no cover.
This is a tried and true ballistic combat helmet.
