The author did a fantastic book of the history of the fashions and jewelry with educating reader about the cultural aspects for each region of Palestinian communities. The women’s dresses, jackets and accessories are beautiful and amazing works of art. Gives the reader an idea of how the inhabitants looked and lived over five hundred years ago. Even back to Biblical times.
For anyone if Arab or Palestinian Christian or Muslim descent it’s a must have for your book collection. Women who want to learn about Middle East fashion would do well to read and study this book.
