Gorgeous Antique Victorian Glass Bride's Bowl
Circa late 1800s
You do not want to miss out on This Stunning Basket/Bowl with a white exterior and a gorgeous enameled hand painted raised textured designs with colors of browns, pinks, blues and gold. The inside of the bowel is creamy yellow. Has a ruffled/crimped rim with hand painted floral pansies,detail within the crimped edges finished off with a gold trim and a matte finish.

The 19th century these brides baskets were the go to wedding gift. These bride baskets (bowls) were often used to serve berries/fruit.
Also known to hold the brides bouquet on the center of the table at the wedding.
Since this piece is antique the inside & outside of the bowl has very minimal wear. The bottom has 3 1/2”rim - that probably fit in a silver basket. Has a marking on the bottom maybe Czech.
