Exquisite, Rare 1890’s Alfred Lanternier Limoges France Set Of 5 Plates

Exquisite Antique (set of 5) 8.75” porcelain plates. Late 1800’s Alfred Lanternier Limoges France. Hand painted flowers different on all 5 plates. The stamp and engraved on the backs suggest the 1890’s making these around 130 years old. This gorgeous set is an estate sale find and I have done extensive research on this plate pattern. I’ve concluded it is very rare and very hard to find. They feature a floral design in soft elegant shades with brushed gold trim along the rim. All 5 are stamped and incised with the Limoges AL France and anchor mark. They are all in great antique condition, with no chips or crazing in the porcelain.

Pricing was carefully evaluated and derived from the research done. It is rare to find a set of Limoges plates in near perfect condition.
