Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no holes that I can see. The bias trim is curled somewhat, but can be straightened out if needed. There is one snap missing on the closure of the bloomers as shown in last picture. There is one stain that has not been stain treatment in the bloomers, but this would be hidden under the dress anyways. Smoke free environment.
This is such a pretty vintage handmade floral cotton dress that is perfect with the ruffle matching bloomers or pantaloons. This is great for going out, a festival or as a costume for a theatre production. Shoulder to shoulder measures 20" x pit to pit measures 16" x shoulder to hem measures 54". Bloomers measure 20" x waist to hem measures 31.5" x rise measures 13" x inseam measures 22".
