Appears to be a complete set, organized by section: sauces, appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, starches, vegetables, garde manger, breakfast, sandwiches, and baked goods. Includes unused blank recipe cards in the back. Cards are in correct sections, though a small number are slightly out of order.
