Very large vintage 1960s/70s handmade copper/brass, carved clay pre Columbian Face Mexican pendant necklace. Designed by: Annette Nancarrow, produced and made by Maya of Mexico. One of the best examples by Maya, actually known as Casa Maya. Pendant measurement: 5-1/4" tall by 2-1/2" Weighs 4.9. Oz. Nancarrow licensed her designs to Maya in the 50s. Very good vintage condition with light wear and tarnish. There is a little plating chipping on the bar at the base of the pendant. Some of the clay beads have some dye discoloration possibly from clothing. Metal hook style clasp.
