-These sets have been built, opened, and displayed, but are in great condition!
-I cannot guarantee mint condition for the pieces. Although they should be 100% complete (besides the minifigures), I always like to say 99% just to be safe, in case something fell off at some point.
-The pieces could have general display wear, such as cracking, discoloration, etc. however I do not notice any of that here.
-The instructions could also have bends, tears, or creases.
