If you know Moppet, this is the one for you. Everything is included and still in its original packaging. The directions are here and so are the sheets of stickers and even the mirror sticker. The box has some water damage but nothing inside does. This was purchased back in the early eighties at Target but was never opened. I cut the tape to open the box to take pictures.
This is a very rare and hard to find item new in the box. Shes a gem. Get her while you can.
