This is a RARE Jay Strongwater Frame. This LOVELY picture frame was one of Jay Strongwater's first frames he ever produced. I believe it is from the St. Petersburg collection. VERY RARE!! It is a LOVELY antique dark bronze gold-colored metal and marked with the Jay Strongwater logo on the back. It comes from a non-smoking home. Only displayed in a guest bedroom for a short amount of time before I changed the decor. Measures 3 1/2"L (at longest point) by approximately 2 7/8"W (at widest point.) It holds a 2" by 1 1/2" oval picture. There are no crystals on this frame. Also, the insert is plastic and not glass to cover the photo. Pictures of actual item.
