The hat is a vintage cap featuring the F-117 Nighthawk stealth fighter. The F-117 Nighthawk was the first operational aircraft to be designed with stealth technology, developed by Lockheed's Skunk Works division for the United States Air Force. The F-117 is also known by the nickname "Wobblin' Goblin"
