WHITE AT TOP OF THE ART IS LIGHT REFLECTION this is REALLY SHINY & SLICK SURFACE
If you can live with what I call "minor flaws" (see condition) you get a nice deal here. :) I could repair most of them professionally but I have left that up to you so have a lower price on it than if "restored."
Condition: It is in what I would call "good condition, for 20 years, it has some faint scratches. It does still have the four hanging hardware on the back and also the IKEA label with #1422. This is on strong composite board 1/4 inch thick, THIS IS NOT A POSTER. VIBRANT COLORS... I pointed out some very small flaws :)
