PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This unit works great. It produces ozone. However, the fan sometimes clinks against the metal band that runs across the front. See picture 3. I do not know the purpose of this metal guard. It does not appear to have a purpose and honestly, if I was to keep this, I would just remove the metal band. Other than that, it works great. Produces ozone scent. I will include 2 used plates, but they are not guaranteed since one is glass. When the ozone feature is turned on, the plates produce a buzz sound. The case has scuffs/ rubs and other flaws. The case itself, is solid and strong.
