When I saw this little book, I couldn't believe that it was at least 168 years old. It looks like it just sat on a shelf and hasn't even been read. When I open it, it feels like the cover and pages were never even opened fully. There is no foxing.
Pages are Gilded (Gold edge). A prior owner wrote a name and the date 1856 on the title page (but no other writing that I can see). There is no printed publication date. A similar book was published by this publisher in 1840, as part of a 2-book set with another poet.
