These are flight boots made by Belleville, a long-established American military boot manufacturer.

These are genuine issue items (deadstock condition) that have passed the strict standards of the U.S. military.

Waterproof and Breathable: Features a GORE-TEX liner. It prevents rain and water from entering while allowing moisture inside the shoe to escape, making it comfortable for all seasons.

Safety: Marked "Certified Safe-to-Fly," meeting U.S. military flight safety standards. The toe area has a protective steel toe (or composite toe).

Sole: Uses a reliable Vibram sole. It boasts excellent grip and durability.

Material: Durable cow suede and nylon combination.

A woman who wears 23cm or 23.5cm sneakers found these boots to have a little extra room in the toes. She was able to walk without any problems after tightening the laces.
It seems that those who wear 24cm shoes might also be able to wear them.
