Vintage German Wall Clock Hand Painted Watermill Scene Box For Parts Not Working

Miniature mechanical wall clock, analog (no batteries) in Black Forest style. Static hand-painted Alpine watermill scene. Mid-Century (circa 1940s to 1960s), white hands, wood case, metal face & hand-painted folk art details. 4 1/8" tall, 2 3/4" left to right & 1 1/4" front to back. Original metal winding key, 2 plastic decorative pinecone weights, & pendulum, original red/white box, 4-language instructions, metal clips used to secure chains for shipping. Movement ticks & runs on its own. However, it stops when pendulum is attached. Typically indicates clock needs a slight "beat adjustment" or cleaning to carry weight of the pendulum, but I am no expert & make no claims on repair of this clock. Sold as-is for repair, service or parts. Good vintage cosmetic condition. The paint is vibrant. Case front does not have any chips or cracks, but has a slight warp due to the thin wood used. The back of the case has a split in the cover. Cardboard box shows storage wear. Clean/smoke free.
