An original Robson Goebel piece, excellent vintage conditon candlestick holder.
The figurines, often referred to as "Goebel Janet Robson Figurines" or the "Robson collection," feature a distinct style and are highly sought after by collectors. Janet Robson was one of several artists, alongside the famous Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel and others like Charlot Byj, whose designs were licensed and produced by Goebel.
The figurines were primarily manufactured in West Germany, with production runs spanning from at least the late 1950s (e.g., 1959) through the 1970s This one marked 1958.
