This listing is for a pair of stunning mid century glass candle holders by the Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala. Made by Iittala Glass, marked with the designer's name and No 3412. These pieces are an epitome of mid century modern style. With their straight forward design, massive solid glass bodies and sleek surfaces they capture the very best characteristics of Scandinavian glass traditions. Dimensions are 5 1/4 x 3 7/8" in diameter. One piece is in great condition with just minimal surface scratches, the second piece unfortunately has a shallow chip on the foot at the very bottom. Please look carefully at the images as this issue has been captured in the photos, it also was considered when pricing the pair.
