Vintage Leather Alligator Satchel Handbag
Exquisite Vintage Alligator Leather Satchel Purse with Leather Trim and Brass Hardware. Very nice craftsmanship and details.
Never used, but some leather deterioration on the inside due to storage. See photos for details.
Inside has a slip pocket on one side with a zipper pocket on the opposite side.
The two sides of the purse have embossed brass hardware with the initials C.S. Perhaps the maker of the handbag?

My mother bought this purse at Sakowitz in the 1960’s or 1970’s, but she never used it and stored it away in her closet.
