Patterned sleeved dress from Neiman Marcus Montage Dimensions. It has different prints all over including a floral print. The fabric scrunches at the wrists and at the waist. I'm not sure on the exact sizing but I believe it's a 2X. There are a few loose threads and seams (shown in the last pictures).
