The colors use for the lady are black: blue for the basket/ pail. yellow, red and blue flowers. Yellow for the dress tie and blue hair bow and sleeves.
.I think from around 1930 and 1940. Peter Watson was well known for his silhouettes.
In excellent shape in front and back.
