It measures 2 1/4" wide by 3 1/4" long. It has the Waterford Crystal gold and green seashore sticker as well as the Waterford logo and "Times Collection" acid etched on the reverse. It is in overall very good condition with no chips or cracks noted and the crystal is clear and unblemished. The original velvet drawstring pouch and Waterford box (with original documentation) are in overall good condition. It appears as if the white satin ribbon may not be original but that does not detract from it's overall beauty.
