Use this adjustable, non-stick burger press to make perfect, uniform burger patties that don't fall apart on the grill and cook evenly. Markings on the handle ensure precise patty weight so that you can make quarter pound (4 Oz), third pound (5.3 Oz ), half pound (8 Oz), or three quarter pound (12 Oz) burgers. Made of heavy duty aluminum with a non-stick coating that makes perfect patties every time. Adjustable patty thickness up to 1.5" with a diameter of 4.5" with handle markings that make adjusting patty weight easy.

Use & Care:

• Completely disassemble the press according to the Product Manual included with your product, then clean all pieces in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately. This product is not dishwasher safe.

Tip:

• Place a piece of Patty Paper under the meat and another on top of the meat before closing the press. This will make it easier to remove the patty and to store the patties after pressing.
