W&A Spain marking on the back stands for William Adams, a company that produced both sterling silver and silver-plated items. While the company's historical origins are in Birmingham, England, it also had production in other locations such as Spain and Italy. This particular piece was made in Spain.
Very good vintage condition being structurally sound with age appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. Overall very nice. It could use a deeper polishing but in beautiful condition.
